Salivate over three sensational shows that bring some of the world's
most talented, original and irresistible cabaret acts to Brisbane: Camille
O'Sullivan's The Dark Angel, Mikelangelo & The Black Sea Gentlemen
and, direct from Paris, Ronan/Ronan. In her multi-award-winning show,
the versatile, unpredictable and enchanting Camille performs the songs
of Nick Cave, Jacques Brel, Tom Waits and David Bowie, transforming
effortlessly with each song. The deeply funny gypsy outfit, Mikelangelo
& The Black Sea Gentlemen, brings its unique brand of Kabaret Noir to
take audiences on an emotional, if somewhat satirical, journey. Jumping
on tables, interacting with the audience and visiting the bar mid-show is
partly what makes this quintet of characters so madly appealing.

Robin Thicke
Something Else
Award-winning multi-platinum superstar Robin Thicke
returns to centre stage with Something Else, a joyful
and modern tribute to the `70s soul and pop records
that inspired his extraordinary career. The first single,
`Magic', draws all of Something Else's influences
together into one blast of disco-infused dance pop.
Melding the retro and the modern across 12 tracks,
this is inspired, sexy and refreshing new territory.
James Morrison
Songs For You, Truths For Me
UK singersongwriter James Morrison was the stand-
alone biggest selling British male solo artist of 2006.
Two years later, he's back with a soaring single, `You
Make It Real', and a brand-new album. Songs For You,
Truths For Me
features exciting collaborations with
Nelly Furtado and One Republic's Ryan Tedder, with
Atlantic Records legend Jerry Wexler describing his
voice as one "you'll forever recognise". You'll love it.
Dukes of Windsor
Minus
You'll know `The Others', the catchy Dukes of Windsor
single remixed into an ARIA- and APRA-nominated
chart smash last year? Well, The Dukes have just
released a second album. You'll already know the
ubiquitous taster single, 'It's A War' the mere
mention of it may have put its infectious chorus in
your head but that's just one flavour on an album
fresh with ideas, energy and, most importantly, tunes.
