Loyalty Non
Rewards
Companies are designing
loyalty programs that are
infl exible, don't provide
transparency, don't
add value and have the
potential to ultimately
alienate customers,
according to a study by
brand activation agency
Kaleidoscope. "Too many
Australian companies
see loyalty programs as
an easy way to lock in
short-term patronage
by offering dubious
rewards programs with
limited benefi t to the
consumer," Kaleidoscope
client services director
Guy Johnson said.
"Companies need to
keep in mind that a
fl exible rewards system
is the best, because every
consumer is different.
And customer service
is absolutely critical.
Regular communication
is also critical. It just
takes a quick email to let
customers know where
their points are at."

passions.
Have a vision of where you

hang with pessimists!
2
Have long term goals and
mini goals.
Don't get overwhelmed it
won't happen overnight. Always have a
plan and re-evaluate it regularly. Work on
your craft, network and always be nice.
Hard work and niceness come back.

Hire great people.
who are great at what they do and let

it's family and friends that make me

It pays to turnover your
network hardware when the
warranties run out. The
average total cost of ownership
for a PC out of warranty and
more than 3 years old is around
$600 per year, and even more
with lesser known brands. But
a new PC with a 3-year
warranty is around $1,100.
That's a saving of more than
33% over a 3-year period.
