The relationship between music and
dance is an intricate and powerful
one. Many legendary ballets have
been a product of close collaboration
between choreographer and composer.
Harnessing this spirit of invention
and collaboration, Interplay sees The
Australian Ballet team three world-class
choreographers Nicolo Fonte, Matjash
Mrozewski and Stephen Baynes with
three giants of Australian music Ross
Edwards, Gerard Brophy and Richard
Mills to create a world premiere
triple bill. Interplay promises to be
a rich exploration of ballet's stirring
visual power in combination with the
emotional force of music.

Modern Guilt
Beck's new album contains ten new songs, with the
exception of the Grammy nominated `Timebomb'.
Modern Guilt is the first new material Beck has
written since 2006's universally acclaimed The
Information. The album is a tightly assembled group
of songs that range in lyrical tone from social
commentary to off the cuff wordplay and
lighthearted humor.
