A few tips on
citrus:
· Grate orange, tangerine or lemon peel and add it to your
tea or yogurt.
· Add orange or lemon zest to salad dressing or sprinkle on
your salad. Or throw in some orange slices.
· Make a salad dressing using fresh lemon, lime or orange
juice instead of vinegar. It's both tasty and refreshing.
· Add some orange juice to your champagne or try some
chocolate covered orange pieces...we think health and
happiness should go hand in hand.
P
ut the red wine and winter comfort food away
and awaken your senses with some sweet tastes
and some citrus bite. Citrus has long been con-
sidered fruit of the warmer months, an ice cold juice
to pep up your day or cool down your body. As you
make your way through winter, why not combine the
zest and tang of citrus with a splash of your favourite
mixer, or add in some mouth watering chocolate and
indulge a little. Koko Black orange & almond bar pic-
